Jesse Brodsky, Esq.

Jesse Brodsky is a senior attorney at the AWS Law Firm, where he focuses on Probate, Guardianship, and Elder Law. Admitted to practice in 2017, Jesse is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through significant life transitions by providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective legal representation.

A native of New York City who was raised in South Florida, Jesse earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University. Inspired by his great-aunt, Birdie Amsterdam, the first woman to serve as a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, he pursued his Juris Doctor at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando.

While in law school, Jesse interned with both a prominent Personal Injury Firm in Broward County and the Office of the State Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, where he gained valuable courtroom experience.

Jesse began his legal career practicing criminal defense, representing clients in matters ranging from misdemeanors to felony charges. He later transitioned to behavioral health law, where he represented families facing mental health and substance use disorders in Marchman Act, Baker Act, and Guardianship proceedings.

Prior to joining the AWS Law Firm, Jesse served as General Counsel for a Professional Guardianship Program in Broward County. In this role, he oversaw all legal aspects of Guardianship matters, advised on compliance and fiduciary responsibilities, represented the Professional Guardian in court, and collaborated with care providers to safeguard the well-being of vulnerable individuals.

Outside of practicing law, Jesse enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his family and their dog, Levi.
