Background
Aaron built the firm around the kind of work most people meet only once, at the worst possible time.
He opened AWS Law Firm in Tampa in 2015. The practice started with probate files for local families and grew from there. Estate planning followed, then the work that surrounds both, from deeds and homestead questions to guardianship petitions and Medicaid planning.
His approach has not changed with the size of the firm. Explain the process in plain language. Give the client a realistic picture of the timeline. Do the filings on time. When a family is arguing, say so early and handle it directly instead of letting a file sit.
Aaron leads a team of attorneys and paralegals across the Tampa and St. Petersburg offices, and the firm now represents clients in counties throughout Florida. He remains involved in the probate and estate matters the firm handles.
