Georganna handles the firm’s litigated matters: will contests, trust disputes, removal petitions, and claims against personal representatives and trustees. She takes the case from the first demand letter through mediation, and to trial where a case will not resolve.
Her practice is built on documents. Before advising a client on what a claim is worth, she works through the accounting, the drafting history, and the timeline of who did what and when. That review usually determines whether a matter settles early or has to be filed.
She works with the probate group so litigation and administration move together instead of against each other, and she handles contested guardianship matters as well.
