Jason drafts wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care documents. He also handles the part most people never hear about until it fails: retitling accounts and property so the documents actually control them.
Clients come to him with a mix of Florida homestead, out-of-state property, retirement accounts, and sometimes a business. Each of those follows different rules, and the plan has to account for all of them at once.
He reviews existing plans as well, including documents drafted years ago in another state, and tells clients plainly which parts still work.
