Asset Protection
Structure it before there is a problem.
Ownership and entity work that keeps property in the family. Set up early, it is planning. Set up late, it rarely holds.

What this covers
Who owns what, and how exposed it is.
Florida gives residents real protections, and they only work if the ownership is arranged correctly in advance. We review what you hold, name the exposures, and put structures in place while there is still time.
01
Entity formation
LLCs and partnerships formed and documented, not just registered.
02
Property structures
How rental and investment property should be held.
03
Homestead protection
Preserving the constitutional protection on your primary residence.
04
Exposure review
A plain list of what is reachable today, and by whom.
05
Business succession
What happens to the company when an owner dies or steps back.
06
Trust-based protection
Irrevocable structures where the situation calls for one.
How we help
Review, then restructure.
01
Inventory
Everything you own, how it is titled, and what insurance is in place.
02
Exposure map
A written summary of where the real risk sits.
03
Restructure
Entities formed, property moved, documents signed.
04
Maintain
Annual filings and records kept current so the structure holds.
Timing matters. Transfers made after a claim arises can be unwound.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions we hear first.
If yours is not here, call the office. Someone who works on these matters will answer.
Is it too late if I already have a claim?
Often, yes. Transfers made to avoid an existing creditor can be set aside. We will tell you honestly what is still available.
Does an LLC protect my house?
No. Your homestead is protected by Florida law, not by an entity. Putting a residence in an LLC can actually cost you protection.
How much does maintenance involve?
Annual reports, a registered agent, and keeping company records separate from personal accounts. Skipping that is how protection gets pierced.
Do I need this if I have insurance?
Insurance is the first line. Structure handles what policy limits do not.

Next step
Ask before the exposure becomes a claim.
An hour of planning now is worth more than any filing later.
