Why the firm exists.
Three commitments we hold ourselves to, written plainly so you can hold us to them as well.
Take the process off the family's shoulders.
That means the filings go in on time, the creditors get handled, and the person who calls with a question reaches someone who knows the case. It also means telling clients when there is nothing to do but wait, instead of billing motion for its own sake.
We measure the work by whether the family understood what was happening at each step, and whether the estate closed without a surprise.
The firm started in Tampa in 2015 with local probate work. It now covers the whole state and nine practice areas, with attorneys and paralegals in two offices. Growth has changed how many families we can help. It has not changed who answers the phone.
Every file is assigned to one attorney and one paralegal, named at the first meeting. Nobody gets handed to a queue. That structure is the part we protect as the firm gets larger.
Statewide reach, small-office habits.
Four things you can expect.
Plain answers
We explain the process in language you can repeat to your family.
Named people
One attorney and one paralegal on your file, both introduced up front.
Deadlines kept
Filings go in on time, and you hear from us when the court responds.
Honest scope
If a matter does not need a lawyer, or needs a different one, we say so.
