Georganna E. Frantzis, Esq.

Georganna E. Frantzis is an attorney at the AWS Law Firm, where she brings over a
decade of litigation and client advocacy experience to the firm’s growing practice. A
member of the Florida Bar since 2011, she has represented clients across the Tampa Bay
area in civil matters including personal injury, premises liability, and contract disputes.

Before joining AWS, Ms. Frantzis practiced at several respected Florida firms, managing
large caseloads and successfully guiding clients through trials, mediations, and complex
hearings. Her broad litigation background has cultivated a deep appreciation for both the
legal and human sides of advocacy, helping individuals and families find direction,
protection, and peace of mind during life’s most difficult challenges.

Ms. Frantzis is deeply rooted in her hometown of Tarpon Springs, where her Greek
heritage and family’s long-standing connection to the historic Sponge Docks have
inspired her lifelong commitment to service. She served on the city’s Planning & Zoning
Board and is a proud graduate of Leadership Pinellas, remaining active in civic, cultural,
and charitable efforts throughout the community.

A graduate of the University of South Florida and Nova Southeastern University College
of Law, she combines sharp legal skill with genuine compassion for her clients and
neighbors alike. Outside of work, she enjoys running, fitness, and spending time with her
family and her dog, Bear. Guided by her family motto, Embros, meaning “forward” in
Greek, she brings the same dedication and optimism to her clients that she brings to every
part of her life.
