Hillsborough probate is filed with the circuit court in downtown Tampa. The probate division sets most matters there, and we appear on them regularly.
Estate planning clients here range from young families buying a first house to business owners holding property in several counties. Those situations call for different documents, and we work that out before drafting anything.
If you live in Hillsborough but the estate sits in another county, we still handle it. The county sets the court, not the office you visit.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Appointments only, so call before you drive over.
